I see ships in the Harbour

Arrival in Helsinki via Finnlines is unlike any other ferry terminal the Wandering Frogs have ever visited.  There are green islands, there is greenery, the water looks clean, the mooring is efficient.

Disembarcation was swift and after a random convoy system we were rapidly through the border and in Scandinavia.  Quite shocking for little frogs that had only been in Glasgow a few days previously.

The ferry over from Bremerhaven was quite an upgrade on a DFDS Newcastle, Ijmuiden service.  Although it still had it’s moments..

The sun always shines like this in Helsinki, ALWAYS.  As such we took advantage of it… just in case it didn’t last.L1001892L1001895L1001901L1001905L1001910L1001920L1001935

I’m not sure why a padlock on a bridge says true love.  I’m probably too old and grumpy to understand this.

No hamsters were harmed in the powering of this wheel.  Nor were many visitors traumatised by the revolutions as when we went on only about 3 other pods were occupied.  However, it was great fun and amazing  views.

Another beautiful day in Helsinki, or rather one of the few where open air bathing is practical.

I’m not sure which is worst, the fact that they make me wear this shit, or the thought that you might buy it after seeing my wear it.  Say no to cruelty to critters.  I don’t deserve this public humiliation.
