Lurking under the sinister black plastic isn’t Fred West’s latest patio, but some nicely compacted grit sand, 11mm of shock pad. In summary the foundations for the lawn are nearly complete. Sadly darkness came before I was able to secure all the edges hence lots of wood holding things down until I get back from holiday.
Those equipped with short shooter eyes will also notice that some more decking boards have been fitted. The deck frame outside the conservatory has been bolted to the existing slabs and drainage holes drilled. All in all things are coming together. If only every weekend came with warmth and sunshine.
